Description
What you see is a 40 gallon gas tilt kettle built by Groen for Blodgett. Blodgett called it their Synergy Steam kettle, and Groen calls it their DH-40. Either way, it is the best kettle you can buy in new condition.
It comes with a few extras that make you life a little easier like a commercial whisk that will not harm the kettle.
A set of 30 quart baskets with the basket hanger. Those would be ideal if you wanted to cook but keep separate potatoes or bones for making stock. You can use one or three at a time.
The kettle itself is sold with a (no worries) 90-day parts and labor warranty that covers everything.
