What we know…
These beautiful ovens have not been re-conditioned. They come from a local government organization and the ovens look new simply because they didn’t get much use.
The center pull doors open and close with a nice snap and the all-stainless exterior has a mirror-like shine to it. The interior porcelain looks like black chrome. The glass is crystal clear and like new. The two speed blower fans come on fast, run strong and are almost silent with the doors closed. They come equipped with the extremely dependable solid-state controls.
These ovens have never been used for roasting meat and if you are a professional high-end pastry or wedding cake bakery – that’s a pretty big deal.
Overall foot print only 38″w x 37″d x 62″h – 5 racks each oven 28″w x 20″d Each oven requires 2 electrical connections and they come with 10 feet of 8 gauge SO cord.
Voltage options – you choose…
Currently the ovens are set up for 240 volt, 3 phase electric however if you need them to be single phase we will convert them for you at no charge. Please allow a few days to get the conversion done.
