The 40 gallon is designed to keep up with the demands of any large kitchen while not taking up (or heating up) valuable floor space.
Stationary kettle are safer and easier to operate than tilt kettles. Hot liquid will never slosh or splash with a stationary kettle. Also the the rim is only 36 inches from the floor. Adding ingredients, stirring and cleaning is much more manageable.
This high performance kettle would be a perfect choice for any high demand restaurant, institutional kitchen or a large catering operation. Steam jacketed kettles are non-scorching and are perfect for Soup Du Jour, stock, re-fried beans, salsa, Mac N Cheese, craft beer, fudge, Artisan candies, BBQ sauce etc.
What we know…
Please take a minute to enlarge the pictures to get a close up view of this beautiful kettle. It operates as you would expect a new kettle to work. The all stainless construction is flawless and has the look of chrome. The jacket water is crystal clear and the gauge holds a solid -20 when not in use. There are no circuit boards that may pop and smoke, leaving you unable to produce.
The large whisk may seem like a prop for pictures but I provide one with every kettle I sell with the hope that the new owner will use it. So often operators use a metal spatula for stirring the kettle and it really gives a beating to the inside of the bowl leaving divots and scratches. The whisk does a better job and is harmless to the kettle.
