The mixer runs on 208/240 volt single phase power and everyone has single phase. If your business is mixing up batches of breads and pizza dough, you need the more capable and stronger 220 volt version.
The mixer operates like you would expect a new mixer to run. It is almost completely silent when in operation. It has 3 speed settings and is rated at 3/4 HP which makes it fast enough to whip up a meringue topping and strong enough to mix pizza dough.
