This listing is for a Blodgett professional grade set of ovens model DFG 100-3 “Premium Series”. 

This is not a toy made in China. Blodgett ovens are built by American’s in Burlington, Vermont and they have been perfecting the convection oven since 1848. They have earned their solid reputation for long lasting reliability, high performance and consistency. If you have been in the commercial food service industry for more than 10 minutes you already know that Blodgett is the only serious choice for the professional baker or Chef when it comes to convection ovens. All of Blodgett products have been designed and built for high demand kitchens to work hard all day – every day. The solid door version is the same set of ovens you typically find at Olive Garden and Outback Steak House. They are built to hold up in extreme demand kitchens.

What we know…

These beautiful ovens have not been re-conditioned. They look new simply because they’ve been used very little. The center pull doors open and close with a nice snap and there isn’t many signs of use. The all stainless exterior has a mirror-like shine to it and as you can see, the interior porcelain looks like black chrome. The two speed blower fans come on fast, run strong and are almost silent with the doors closed. The digital displays are large and bright – easily monitored from across the kitchen. These ovens have never been used for roasting meat and if you are a professional high-end bakery, that’s a pretty big deal.

The digital controls give the operator a little automation to make the job of roasting and baking easier, faster and consistent. You will have digital accuracy when it comes to temp and time but you also will be able to take advantage of Cook N Hold and Fan Pulse. Coupled with a two speed blower there won’t be any excuses for not being able to turn out a perfect product every time.  You will love the ease of use and digital automation when the kitchen gets slammed!

Gas options – you choose…

Currently the ovens are set up for natural gas however if they need them to be set up for propane, we will convert them for you at no charge. Please allow a couple of days to complete the conversion.
