What we know…
Technically, I can’t call this beautiful tilt skillet new, but used doesn’t describe it either. The skillet comes from a large government agency, and from what I was told, spent most of its life covered in plastic at the back of a kitchen and used more as a table to set things on.
Please be sure to check out the most important part of any gas appliance – the burner. Before buying anything gas, always ask for a good, clear picture of the burner. The burner has to be in good clean, rust-free condition not only for the longevity of the appliance but for safety reasons as well. In this case the burner looks new, and there is no sign of use of any kind. You will notice that everywhere you look, it looks like a mirror.
The pan is flawless and has that new velvet sort of finish that you only find with new equipment. It comes with hydraulic lift and that is not to be confused with the electric actuator that may fail over time and cost a lot to replace. Hydraulic lift is extremely dependable and overbuilt for what it does. It will never fail or need to be replaced.
Overall footprint is 48”w x 37”d The unit requires one 110 volt outlet. Currently this tilt skillet is set up for natural gas however it can be converted to propane at my cost for parts. The unit requires one 110 volt outlet.

A comparable new Cleveland tilt skillet will cost well over $28,000.00.
