Please take a minute to enlarge the pictures to get a close up view of this beautiful kettle. The all stainless construction is flawless and has the look of chrome. The inside bowl of the kettle is perfect and still has that sort of grain in the stainless that you only find with buying new. The manual tilt control tips the kettle without effort. The burner is enclosed and uses 140,000 btus. The kettle heats up quick and the thermostat works perfectly. The controls are simple and problem free. As you can see the jacket water is almost invisible and crystal clear. The jacket holds a negative 25 when cool.
